Former Qwest CEO Joe Nacchio was sentenced in July to six years in federal prison after his conviction on 19 counts of insider trading. He also has been ordered to forfeit $52 million from illegal stock sales in April and May 2001. Judge Edward Nottingham said Nacchio committed "crimes of overarching greed."
